Double Trouble Style
The Olsen twins have always touted the latest purses and accessories but during the college years, they were missing the mark to bringing their style together. Now, the graduates have made their ghetto chic style into a “look” people want. With their own fashion lines Elizabeth and James and The Row. When they’re not wearing their own designs, the twins are drawn to the likes of Givenchy, Balenciaga and Giambattista Valli. Kate and Ashley are a far cry from their drab layers touting extra large lattes. The girls are now educated in looking great and are set to lead the pack in fashion.
Lace it Up
So excited to see that lace is hitting a high point in fashion, allowing us ladies to show our feminine side. Whether lace is the accent or the complete look, there are beautiful pieces coming out of the woodwork. Lace is being inserted in with leather, giving us the bad girl/good girl look all in one. What I love the most is the lace strategically placed to allow a sneak peak at the best parts of our body. The colors are unlimited this season with emerald greens, brilliant blues, radiant reds or any pretty pastel color you can imagine.
Michelle Obama on the Cover of Vogue
The first lady revealed a part of her personal life in the April issue of the American Vogue. With this issue the amazing Michelle Obama has become the face on the cover of Vogue the second time. She was photographed by Annie Leibovitz. The first lady wears the creations that were signed by designers. In the embrace of her husband Barack Obama in the red room and on the cover she wears the blue creation designed by Reed Krakoff. But the green creation was designed by Michael Cors.
